Carter’s Foundation is looking for generous vendors willing to donate their services or products for our fundraising events and special events for the brave children we serve. In return, we’ll promote your business on our website, social media, and at the event itself! Plus, you’ll receive a donation receipt as a thank you for your generosity.
We’re seeking ALL types of event vendors, including but not limited to:
🎈 Soft play setups & bounce houses
🎨 Craft stations & sensory tables
🧵 Jewelry, hat & bag-making activities
🖌️ Face painting & balloon artists
🎶 Children's entertainers (magicians, musicians, storytellers)
🎤 Energetic MC to keep the event fun & engaging
🐰 Petting zoos & pony rides
🚗 Mini car rides & mobile arcade games
🎭 Character meet-and-greets (princesses, superheroes, mascots)
🎸 Interactive music & dance experiences
🎀 Event decorators & coordinators to help create a memorable experience
🍕 Food & Drink Vendors:
🥞 Kid-friendly Snacks/small bites
🥤 Coffee, lemonade, or smoothie carts
